when i got involved, there was ~450M shares on issue and $2M cash coming in from dohertys. Instead of paying down debt, that got spent on paying wages for a family that hadn't turned up to work for a year.
My shares would be worth around $800k now if dilution had been kept under control and the vampires had of withdrawn.
Its a joke.
