Refer to what he did to ADO & TZL. When he joined ADO sp was 6.8 c but after many years, sp fell to 1.6 c and he left. He sat in TZL drawing huge pays for about 10 years making losses straight in this 10 years time. What can he do? TZL sp fell from $1.02 to 1.9 c(now 19 c because 10 shares consolidated to become 1 share) in this 10 years. Judge for yourselves.
