Addendum: I intend to vote against the remuneration report, bonuses for the already very well remunerated MD, and against the reappointment of the invisible chairman and the former failed MD now NED and chairman of the remuneration committee.

 The idea that we need to further incentives for the MD to align his interests with the shareholders is laughable .... if his interests are not 100% aligned with his employers, the shareholders, than what's he doing in the position ?? And is he a one man band or merely the conductor of a large well paid orchestra ?? Vote NO - send them a message .... show me the money!
