WIN CORPORATION PTY LIMITED AND ASSOCIATED ENTITIESThis company is a subsidiary of Birketu Pty Limited, a substantial shareholder of the Group. The Company has entered into transmission facility sharing agreements under normal commercial terms and conditions with this company for periods up to 10 years. Why wasn't this publicly disclosed in an announcement? Don't tell me it's not material as it's one of the biggest shareholders who just bought in. I want to know the details, is the agreement finacially sound or have the details been hidden to cover up a board scarred into a severely discounted deal. Either way honest shareholders getting screwed. He better be making that T/O offer sweet to stomach all this.
