Ok so we got some more background / information to fill in some gaps and the way I read it is:
Focus on Australia waste to energy for faster wins and wait for the OS opportunities to get their s#@t together. Ready to pounce when and if that happens.

I get the impression that KKL is not rolling over. Based on report we are meant to get more info in the coming weeks on the waste to energy opportunities in Australia.

My thoughts are that they must have some deal close, hence the reason why they secured exclusivity with the Californian Tech Co.

We live to fight another day.
