Some good points webby....its worth remembering too, that if folk pay the first call and the shares struggle, then its unlikely that further calls will be paid.....SRN then gets additional funding for nothing! ...it doesn't have to issue the stock.
I'm sure they simply become void if you fail to pay.....in the "olden days" you were actually liable but i think the rules were changed
