Not wanting to cut Dan's grass, but this paragraph on Page 22 is the reference to Sean getting performance incentives:



There is no reference to this being the transfer of Cedric's performance rights - indeed they explicitly say those are now void - but there is an explicit link between Sean getting performance rights and it relating to P3 expansion (not operation). As far as I am aware, this was not the case while Cedric was around.

The number of performance rights are not stated (and probably not determined yet), but the milestone vesting criteria referenced are on the next page (page 23):



The 400ktpa, 33.333ktpm and 58%+ Fe grade all seem short of the mark given the earlier information provided in the Report.
