I've just realised that the 2014 Tiris Scoping Study actually mentions vanadium. The vanadium price was around 5 dollars back then.

However, no mention of the grade or quantity.
Also, it says the breakeven price is 37 dollars per pound for the uranium. With the revised operating cost, it should be around 27 dollars (p.7).
