A little curious to the statement (from the gold section)
“The grant of the exploration licenses, usually a straightforward process, has been hampered by the goal of the government
to relocate artisan miners off ground subject to formal applications.”
More to the point will we get the gold exploration permit or is someone trying to swindle something (although it may be somewhere else and not effect us)
