LT.. i understand your frustration am in the same boat but on ASIC issue, i am with Gekko "...careful what you wish for.." the board is providing information as per ASIC rules so no case there. Yes, as a company policy/culture they should keep shareholders better informed, we know more from media rather than the board, but also.. i reckon negotiations in Chile are at a delicate stage any annoyance to Govt and/or codelco is not the way to go right now... i hope they are in a position to release some big news soon leading into DFS release in December...
