the appointment is subject to the provisions of the Company’s Constitution to relating to the retirement by
rotation and re-election of directors and will cease at the end of any meeting at which Mr Clee is not re-elected as a director by shareholders of the Company. At any time Mr Clee wishes to resign, he is to resign by written notice, or otherwise in accordance with the Company’s Constitution
