If I go into a spec mining stock, I know what I'm getting into. If they drill and find nothing, I have absolutely no issue with that....you roll the dice, you take your chances

But I absolutely reject that anyone at this end of the market should somehow accept a lower or non-existent standard of corporate governance. The Director of a micro cap explorer and the Director of BHP have exactly the same fiduciary duties to shareholders...that the company must be run in the interests of all shareholders

With spec mining explorers, the risk you are reasonably expected to take is that no resource will be found...you should NOT have to accept the risk that someone is going to try screw you over to separate you from your money...that is illegal with any listed company.

Again I emphasis that this is a general statement and not related specifically to VIC

I completely agree with you stormer on this one but the constant negativity won't benefit any of us including yourself as a holder. Let's just wait and and see what happens.
