this business has 2 problems:
1. cash on hand declining and barely good for 1 year, so cap raising possible and it will be at a very low price.
2. Very low revenue/income - almost non existent.
Pretty normal situation for these type of companies but if they don't realise some substantial revenue soon this will be a long and profitless haul.
20c is very optimistic.
