Great big salaries for achieving very little in terms of sales.
There is no incentive or urgency here to turn things around for theses three..
The status quo is that they receive over a quarter of a million each, while investors have lost 75% of their investment. How can this be?
I suggest they need to change very quickly to $120 000 base and incentive payments (bonuses) to all 3 based on company sales.
These changes need to occur immediately, or get other sales people with relevant experience to sell on an incentive system.
This current structure is very wrong!
