I don't think the BCC issue will affect their revenue greatly as BCC will be seen as a one-off, although if they have had to payout, it will increase insurance premiums (I wish they were transparent about that) I do see rumblings in their base about the late delivery of their Ci Anywhere software. They are still the best software for most of their customers, but they need to fix up some quality issues, and address the churn of staff at senior levels.
