Chaisiong, this has been going on for years, always trades at least 50% but things have cooled off since 1/7/2017. Still, IMO, a quality company but I find it hard to believe that it will ever trade at NTA (based on past record). It may get to 80 or 85% in the event of corporate action on one of the major subs. Slowly but surely, as they say "up the stairs and down the elevator", lets hope we don't get to the elevator. GLTA.
