DGR's SP is controlled. I don't know who is controlling it, it might even be one of the top 20 SH. But when ''they'' have filled up the booth, they will let it go and that's where you wanna hold as many shares as possible. I tipped it for a rerate on STT, but as Waiken says, it might only move as high as 11 cts. Hence bottom drawer.
