....given the "small share holding of the board" it shouldn't be to difficult for the huge number of disgruntled share holders to send a shot over the BOW to remind them that WE own the company and they are merely our "under invested" employees and that we not only expect but demand a return on investment.
If the board can't fashion a return on investment to share holders they should go work in a cafe where there talents might be appreciated.
