I don't think the PPA is a BOT scheme.

Part of the transmission link was transferred years ago.
There is no discussion of a transfer of the generation plant in the annual reports in 2022 that I have found.
Even under BOT schemes, the construction and transfer is not covered by PPA.
Where are you getting this information? Please share.
The PSC for the gas comes to an end in 2022. Is that what you mean?
