Since it seems we're talking about the worst case scenario, surely if no power plant connection is available at Pagbilao, they can still begin operation of the Pagbilao Hub to distribute LNG around the Philippines by boat and by road. I don't know why this wasnt discussed at last years AGM. Hopefully it will be discussed this year, given that they havent been able to sort out the power plant connection over the last two years.
I'm sure the connection will be sorted out eventually, given the backing from the D.O.E.
As far as where EWC's cashflow will come from after 2022, they still have Sengkang LNG plant and also PEL96, both could be providing a good cashflow by this time.
So they still have a few irons in the fire and its likely that at least one of them will come to fruition before 2022. Hopefully long before.
