Thanks Dunjo - the first couple of pages seem to indicate that there are no more options outstanding, but wasn't clear on share-based payments.
Share-based remuneration from here should be based on increasing the value of existing shares, rather the with further dilution. And with several hundred million shares each, increasing the share price will certainly increase their remuneration/wealth.
