Seeing how you don't mind doing forward looking statements on possible revenue, would you also like to hazard a guess into the costs of extraction, engineering, processing, laboratory, consultants, maintenance, labour and profit share split of whatever remains?
Seems to be the next logical step... "pretty sure" isn't a strong business case.
