It wouldn't bother me either if I bought shares off my broker at 6c. But yeah, 30-35c CR sounds reasonable given the state of play. Very nice work by BW so far. I take it you're a client?
I think $10-20m is a bit ambitious as it doesn't appear Zijin have done much with Bullabulling since taking over Norton in 2015. As JRV say, they don't anticipate the mine will ever go into production. This puts a pretty massive discount on the royalty structure IMO.
