What if AUZ fail to make payment on the Flemington project and instead JRV sell it to CLQ given it borders their Syerston project? CLQ are much closer to production which could mean a royalty stream for JRV in the near term.
The way CLQ are going, they could easily do a $5m CR and buy Flemington outright.
