It's a long story, but in a nutshell ...
Pan Andean is a private company owned by John Newton that holds shares in JRV along with three other publicly listed stocks. Lions Bay Capital (John Byrne) will acquire 100% of Pan Andean stock up to a maximum $3.5m as a Qualifying Transaction to be listed on the TSX-V. At current prices, the value of Pan Andean's stock holdings sits at about $4m. JRV has been the defining factor in the rise from around $2.5m. By my calculations, if JRV were at 25c, the value of Pan Andean would sit bang on $3.5m
