Large laterite resources like this almost invariably have a higher grade area(s). Refer CLQ resource, now compare market caps. We are very fortunate that the old mob running the company did bugger all.
This is a CLQ at ground floor, well 6c was ground floor (thanks Mr Broker), but still very low entry point.
But if you can't see the value, then don't buy it. Always follow your own instincts.
As for the royalties, the gold royalty is very significant, much more than you make it out to be. $10-20m would be my discount estimate range. If they monetise that, I'm sure Mr Crocker will do a LOT with the money so that any raisings will be at much higher prices.
