Overall I'm quite happy with this result.
One thing that bothers me is the location of this year's AGM.
After many years of holding it in their head office, REH moved the venue to a Computershare facility. To my surprise, this year they are going to move to the Intercontinental Hotel in Melbourne.
I'm pretty sure this 5 star hotel is going to cost more than what CPU charges.
REH also stopped declaring the current market value of its property portfolio.
As expected, REH is now back to a net cash position, 3 years after acquiring Actrol.
Earnings margins are at all time high.
As usual, a clean set of numbers, very easy to reconcile from last year numbers.
