"Litigation would be an expensive exercise but one would think a fast settlement could be reached early."...

From a pragmatic, commercial POV, one would hope for an early resolution, but, with charges that will possibly be laid after the relevant authorities investigations...as I know there have been many complaints laid and case file numbers issued going back some time, would those with 'questionable' involvement want to settle early? How far and deep will these investigations delve, and, importantly what may they discover , as the 'WHOLE' is unravelled?

Whilst I don't, won't hold atm, I truly understand the frustration holders are going thru. The current Directors need time, support...not pressure, they also are in a holders position , and have supported the current with their own funds and time. I am sure they want a POSITIVE OUTCOME AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE?

Patience not anger is required!
