Litigation would be an expensive exercise but one would think a fast settlement could be reached early. This would avoid more issues becoming public and a certain few would want to avoid their names plastered over the news. Im sure current directors have risk assessed this scenario.
Tbh a moving forward strategy needs to be developed sooner rather than later and to try and achieve a greater sh value. Relist themselves. Change of name. New logo. New website. No more mention of the past BUT im sure the majority of people would want the litigation. If theres no money well so be it. Move on.
Not an easy task for current directors but would like them to re think their approach. I agree that this current negative look at us approach needs to stop .. let the past take up 10% of all discussion and 90% on talking about the future.
