The board has appointed Ms Michelle Feruglio as non-executive Director/Chair to replace Mr Vlahos. Ms Feruglio is a media, PR and marketing professional with over 25 years experience. Mr Glen Darby has resigned as Managing Director and continues as Non-executive Director. Mr Darby has decided to make this change to concentrate on personal affairs.
