SPX is chasing approx. $707,000 (originally by 25 September, subsequently extended to 9 October) but only had $150,000 applied for as of yesterday. The Board claim to be owed nearly $200k up to 30 June 2015.
Again some very good news is needed to save the company and shareholders from going under.
