This arrangement was explained fairly clearly in the initial Pandora announcement in December. IMO CMT has already added significant value to the lease by demonstrating a pathway to commercialisation along with some robust looking financial projections. $1m per % point is basically what Kina paid for the 5% cott sold them last year
