I agree that things are looking good for the Pagibao LNG and power plants, however Sengkang LNG is not looking so great.
After investing nearly $300m, how can the completion date go from second quarter 2014 (stated in March 2014), to March 2015? Is it because of a delay with the power supply? or are the negotiations/agreements with Indonesian government causing delay? or has it been delayed to coincide with the opening of the Pagibao LNG plant?
