Good to see that part of the MD's salary is linked to performance milestones: Securing a binding JV (25%), Progressing the JV to operational status (25%), improve the company's share price by a predefined percentage (50%). The first one should be ticked off and the second one achievable but he might struggle to tick off the third one in this financial year.
