"Emphasis of matter
Without modifying our opinion, we draw attention to Note 3 in the financial report, which indicates that the ability of the consolidated entity to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the future successful raising of necessary funding or the management of expenditure so as to conserve cash whilst the Pingyao and Fugu projects are brought into operation. The management of expenditure incudes entering into formal arrangements with significant existing creditors to extend payment terms. These conditions, along with other matters as set out in Note 3, indicate the existence of a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt about the consolidated entity’s ability to continue as a going concern and therefore, the consolidated entity may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business."

just be careful,this is a fairly blunt statement by the auditors.
