AGM on 22th November- a resolution on takeover, asking shareholders permission for more power in a takeover.

I do not quite understand the full legal jargon in the AGM notes but I think that is what it means.
After resolution is passed, does this mean a TAKEOVER IS COMING UP IN NEAR FUTURE.

WRM may be a good one to takeover. Whole company worth only about $9M with high resource of shallow silver and gold and plenty of infrastructure, much closer to port.

AYN may be a much bigger company soon. Worth watching.
