    Thinking about this, 8m/13m is almost exactly equal to 3/5ths of his holding which is the same ratio for the rights issue.

    I'm guessing that Dykes has sold 5m of his shares and will "fully" participate in the rights issue which will get his holdings back up to where they were....so basically not put any more of his money company
