Top 20 hold ~79%. Only 333,064,796 shares not held by Top 20 (~21%).
If/when we get some positive news it has the potential to rise quickly if some solid buying comes in, and assuming most of the Top 20 holders are in for the long-term.
.......so we continue to wait, and wait, and wait........!!
