Ann: Annual Report to shareholders-SEG.AX, page-2

Gosh, I can't get rid of this love/hate relationship I have with SEG. I was going to sell but a power blackout prevented me from doing it. Now, when I've found some time again, I see a little share price action and I like the positive tone this annual report seems to have. SM is saying they have funds for near-term drilling programmes but I can only see 600 odd thousand in the kitty. I'm no accountant but would love to hear a more learned opinion than mine. Do we have enough for these drill programmes?

I must admit, one of the things that keep me here is the gold. There have been many predictions that the American dollar will collapse, or go into steady recline; if this is ever the case - the price of gold would most likely skyrocket. It's my belief that in a situation like that, any small company like SEG, if they have proven up ground and are still solvent, would benefit greatly. To me, SEG is like a currency bet against the American dollar - if they find some gold.

I say, get those drill bits whirling, let's see some action!
