Were they paying $50 m for the farms? They I presumed that they were looking to raise Bond monies to that amount but never saw that it was the purchase price of the 5 farms.

Pretty hard to believe that the prices have dropped considerably when in fact cattle prices are at an all time high and continuing to increase.

Permanent Water prices have increased by 30% over the last 18 months, and if recommendations to government are enacted upon water can only be held on farm and this will increase the value of irrigation land immensely.
