There was clear warning from AYA that the deal may not get up and after being locked in for months and months it looks like there is serious doubt which was a concern for me anyway..sadly we S/Holders all got locked in after the Ann. and therefore the market had received no time or choice to chew over the news as the suspension was slammed upon us simultaneously.
