If you took part in the capital raising the PRWOB's were given as a reward to shareholders that took part in the CR. What is the point of the company issuing all these options to begin with if the SP is driven down because fear of dilution? Clearly the 70% holder has kept the SP at this level. Why then are more options being issued all the time?
