Don't you love this comment in the annual accounts:
"The profit for the year is a result of the disposal of Latin Gold Ltd," (page 4).
How did the Board make a profit from the forced liquidation of Latin Gold, when they didn't even know that it had been placed in liquidation?
I think that paragraph is incorrect and should be withdrawn. Where is the ASX when you need them?
