Cap raise will be small and at this SP , will probably be a con note to sophisticated investors only , this is serious bargain territory and even with recent falls in the small cap sector would have to be one of the most undervalued companies out there. Serious cashflow positive Production within months that would already bring in twice its market cap within 12 months. They will raise the money easily and retail punters may not even get a sniff at it.
