FAR not only didnt recieve notification of approval for the COP deal, whch is a JOA requirement, it has also not been gazetted which is a legal requirement for the Govt , if I recall correctly that also didn't happen with the Arete....its very simple, there has been no approval, FAR would not be persuing Arbitration if there was....
