Indeed DB, as a shareholder it is quite easy to get clarifications on several matters by contacting the Company you're invested in.
As you, I did, and hence my previous posts, but some here, who are not company delegates, seem to know better than the people who are the closest to the dispute. Asking info is not insider trading, but has more to do with due diligence to justify your investment IMO....
