It's fantasy to think the government would approve a deal in dispute though isn't it especially when it's their rules? Couple of quick Google searches confirms FAR have been saying there is no approval for ages.
If WPL had it they would have announced it and beaten far around the head with it..... Instead we got a participation arette? DB
