The usual conventions do not see companies close the transaction whilst the deal is being disputed under the JOA rules. DB
FAR have told me via email that there is no approval for the deal.
WPL arette confirms this IMO otherwise what's its purpose?
If WPL had clear title the exploitation plan would be approved by now instead we get a presidential extension to December...... Clearly Cne had no clue this would happen, kinda ties in with a possible ICC ruling timing wise don't it if July is the first meeting.
Time will tell I guess. DB
