In addition, I and others have said this before, even now, and certainly if FAR prevail then Simon should have a lot of egg on his face.
If I was a CNE shareholder I would be asking, why in hell aren’t we a party to this?
Forget about WI, I understand that.
However this has never been other than an arbitrage opportunity for FAR.
Why not the same for CNE. What was in it for them?
Or were they just “fast asleep”.
Question for those continually “bagging “ FAR management.
