I think most of us knew that an offer (of the PE) would be more than just an A4 sheet, and consider what CN (who is privy to the contents) said who would buy .....etc.

Most people with common sense (even though unaware of the details) would say an offer of $400 mil proportion would cover more than an A4 page; let alone an oil and gas project involving JV's; yet we have on HC, are FAR holders who are of the opinion that FAR has little chance of success.

Let's hope that Mr Hoffman hit them (other 2) with "justice must prevail". I will those few here and really have trouble with the management if the PE is successful and FAR not going ahead with it. But I doubt if that'll happen, not proceeding with the PE that is.

It is my thinking that the preliminary hearing will become last hearing and other actions will complete this saga.
